Hannah and Ruby are athletes and professionals who know what it’s like to balance training, work and life. They created Workday Nutrition for people who WORK, supporting those who train hard, work hard, and need real nutrition that keeps up with them.

Hannah Zhao, Co-Founder

Accountant | Rock-climbing Enthusiast | Fraya's mum

"Before becoming a mum, I was already juggling work, training and everyday life. I cared about my health, but a consistently balanced diet was often the first thing to fall apart when time ran out.

After having my baby last year, nutrition became even more important. It was no longer just about fitness, it was about recovery, energy, and keeping up with the demands of motherhood.

That experience made something clear to me: people with full lives shouldn’t have to choose between convenience and good nutrition.

That’s why I co-founded Workday Nutrition — to create real nutrition that support busy, active people who still want to fuel their bodies properly."

Ruby Wang, Co-Founder

Lawyer | Muay Thai Practitioner | Second-gen Supplement Entrepreneur

"Training and spending time outdoors help me stay balanced alongside an intense study load and, later, a busy professional career. But eating well consistently wasn’t always easy. After moving out at 20, I had to learn to cook and manage my own nutrition while training in a very demanding sport. It often meant there wasn’t enough time to prepare meals that truly supported my fitness goals.

Workday Nutrition started from that gap. Drawing on my background in supplement manufacturing, I’ve spent years around nutrition products, gaining insight into how different ingredients function and how they can support a variety of lifestyles. I wanted to create balanced, high-protein products that help people manage careers, training and everyday life without compromise."
