These Coco Peanut Butter Oats Protein Balls are soft, nutty, and made with our Workday Nutrition Daily Whey as part of the recipe base.
They are designed as a real-life protein snack — easy to prep, easy to store, and easy to grab between work, training, meetings, or busy days.

Approximate Protein Calculation
Based on typical protein values:
Oats: 140g x 13% = 18.2g protein
Almond meal: 80g x 15% = 12g protein
Daily Whey WPC35: 120g x 35% = 42g protein
WPC80: 40g x 80% = 32g protein
LSA: 40g x 20% = 8g protein
Coconut flour: 30g x 18% = 5.4g protein
Peanut butter: 90g x 25% = 22.5g protein
Chia seeds: 20g x 17% = 3.4g protein
Total estimated protein: 143.5g
Protein per ball: 143.5g ÷ 20 = approximately 7.2g protein per ball
Method
Combine the ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Mix until evenly combined. Add more water or LSA if appropriate.
Roll into 20 balls, approximately 31g each.
Storage
If consumed on the day of preparation, refrigeration is not required.
For best texture and flavour, allow the protein balls to rest to room temperature before consuming.
Store refrigerated in an airtight container and best consumed within 5 days.
